USPS delays: Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If you're package states that your package was delivered, but you do not have the package, please contact your local USPS for help!

Once orders are shipped out they are no longer my responsibility. Lost packages are not my responsibility. Not receiving an order due to an incorrect address provided by the customer does not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping information.
